Reconnect with Creativity and Vitality
through Expressive Arts Therapy

Expressive Arts Therapy is a multi-modal therapy utilizing different expressive arts where the client and therapist moves freely between: drawing, sculpting, poetry, movement, visualization, voice work, music, sounding, creating and reflection.

The focus is on the process, the expression and the integration of different aspects of the self in a non-judgemental space. The verbal & non-verbal; the emotional & cognitive; the personal, the collective and the vital unconscious are accessed and integrated through creative expression.

Participant Feedback: A Professor: "I did not realize that I was so resourced and creative!". Corporate trainer: "To experience the present is so easy now, but I battled for years to get it 'right'". Mother: "I have seen a side of my child - and myself - that I did not anticipate. What I great privilege. I understand much more now". Corporate Health Manager: "We talked in a very different way to each other". Psychologist: "Like going on holiday without leaving the room. I feel revitalized!".
