Jolena Strobos: Jolena is a qualified Occupational Therapist
(B Occ. Ther. UP 1998), with a passion for art and creative
expression as a medium for therapy and transformation.
She has specialized in art as process and is particularly
interested in how the different expressive art mediums can
be integrated and used as a tool for change, healing and
self empowerment. She has been practicing privately in Pretoria
since February 2008, facilitating creative workshops with groups and individual clients using art as process through a combination of the visual arts and creative writing. She is inspired by creating a space for others to connect and reclaim their own authentic creativity.

• One year Foundation course in Art Therapy by the Art
  therapy Center, JHB (ATC) 2002.
• 10 day Leadership Through Art course facilitated by 3 International Art Therapists from the Netherlands: Studio Collective, 2009.

• Art Therapy individual supervision with Hayley Berman, Johannesburg from May 2006 till present

Eleen Polson: Eleen holds a masters degree in Psychology (MA Counseling Psych. UP 1995), and has 14 years experience in working with adults and children in psychotherapy. She has dabbled in the visual arts as a personal therapeutic outlet since 2000. Biodanza, a free bodily movement & dance experience has also been a very valuable source of learning for Eleen. It is in the collaboration between her participation in expressive arts and her practice of the art of psychotherapy that the initiatives of sharing creative process work were born.
